b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:23/01117/FUL Formation of new pedestrian crossing and footpaths and relocation of the car park access. Belvoir Castle, Car Park, Belvoir, Leicestershire.
c. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:-
24/00338/FUL Excavation of new swales/pools to capture overland flow and provide additional water storage capacity (for natural flood management; NFM) and wetland habitat.
A low earth bund (max. 0.4m high) to capture overland flow and hold back more water during flooding to help mitigate downstream flooding. Expansion of and de-silting two current ponds to provide new and improved pond and marginal habitat for a variety aquatic and wetland plants, macroinvertebrates, birds and small mammals, amphibians and other animals. Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
