Inn At The Broadway, 15 The Broadway, Woking. PLAN/2024/0663/BC: Erection of a two storey rear extension for extended bed and breakfast accommodation (C1 Use Class).
2 Sanway Close, Byfleet. PLAN/2024/0627/DR: Erection of 3x dwellings (Use Class C3) and a single retail unit (Use Class E), together with associated car parking, cycle and refuse storage and landscaping, following the demolition of the existing retail unit and residential dwelling.
Morrisons Petrol Filling Station, 82 Goldsworth Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0582/BRB: Variation of Condition 1 (opening Hours) of planning permission PLAN/2001/0408 (Section 73 to original ref: 98/0329) to amend the opening hours of the petrol station and fuel pumps
