Proposed development at Meadhams Farm Brickworks, Blackwell Hall Lane, Ley Hill, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1UN

Notice is hereby given that Mr Eamon Cullen, London Green Resources is applying for planning permission for to vary condition 12 (Number of Vehicle Movements entering the site) of Planning Consent CM/0026/22, to increase the number of vehicle movements into the site in a 24 hour period from 25 to 45 and Condition 6 (Infilling and Restoration Time Limits) of Planning Consent CM/0026/22, particularly Condition 6a), to extend time to complete filling within Area Strong 1A by a further 24 months to 31st December 2026 at Meadhams Farm Brickworks, Blackwell Hall Lane, Ley Hill, Chesham, Buckinghamshire
