Location: Land South of Curzon Drive, Keepers Road and Boddington Drive, East of Lichfield Avenue, and West of Stansfield Drive, Warrington WA4 3LG

Proposal: Proposed residential development of 226 dwellings (comprising 158 market (inclusive of 1 no. self-build plot) and 68 affordable), landscaping, public open space and associated infrastructure

Applicant: Redrow Homes Ltd and Homes England.
