Beaconsfield Golf Club , Farm Lane, Jordans 2 new external doors, replacement window, existing balcony reinstated, general internal alterations and redecoration including new stairs and trophy cabinet, plant equipment and landscaping to front entrance area

PL/24/2687/FA & PL/24/2688/HB LB in CA

Hinton House, 132 High Street, Amersham Ancillary buildings, swimming pool and boundary walls in re-landscaped garden.

PL/24/2733/FA Affects setting of CA

4 Batchelors Way, Amersham Self-build part two storey, part first floor front extension, part single storey, part two storey rear/side/infill extensions, garage conversion, roof alterations including raised ridge height, 3 rear facing rooflights. Changes to windows and doors. External works to include new paving and patio to sides and rear and hardstanding/landscaping to front.

Shrubs Wood, Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles Refurbishment of Grade II* listed house, including concrete structure repair, patch repair and decoration of facades, window refurbishment with vacuum glass, replacement sliding and bifold doors and windows, relocation of living room exterior door to garage roof stair, addition of two condenser units for comfort cooling, garage roof structure, removal of basement boiler units, roof access hatch, replacement pool house, removal of circular rooflight, addition of rainwater and roof vent pipes.

Comments received on applications are public documents. They must be received within 21 days of the date of this publication, either online or in writing quoting the reference number and your postal address, to our Council offices or via email to planning. comments.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk. Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
