NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:

1) FPL/2024/224 - Logistics Depot, Parc Cybi, Holyhead

2) FPL/2024/228 - Land near Glanynys, Tyddyn Mostyn, Menai Bridge

3) FPL/2024/76 - Land North of, Y Garnedd, Llanfairpwll (Additional Information)

I give notice that:-

1) Mr Kevin Connolly

2) Head of Housing Service

3) Clwyd Alyn Housing Ltd & Du Construction Ltd is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for
planning permission to:

1) Full application for the construction and operation of a HGV maintenance and logistics facility, including preparatory earthworks, landscaping and associated infrastructure at

2) Full application for the erection of an extra care facility and residential care home with community facilities, construction of a new vehicular access, demolition of the existing dwelling on the site together with associated development at

3) Full application for the erection of 27 affordable dwellings, construction of internal access road, diversion of public right of way, creation of a landscaping bund, erection of acoustic fence and associated works on Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by searching the application number on the public register on the Council’s website https://ioacc.force.com/ s/?language=en_GB
