Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Lodge Lane Car Park, Lodge Lane, North Finchley, N12 8JR I give notice that Regal JP North Finchley Ltd Is applying to London Borough of Barnet For planning permission for Redevelopment of existing car park and erection of new buildings to provide residential accommodation (Class C3), cinema (Sul Generis), bowling alley (Class E(d)) and retail Hoorspace (Class E(a/b/c)), along with new public realm, car parking, cycle parking and landscaping. Any owner* of the land or tenant" who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the London Borough of Barnet at: Director of Planning and Building Control, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW By 17 October 2024
* "owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
