Proposed development which would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area Application Reference No: C/46/72C From Mrs Debbie Heald for Householder planning permission for erection of a single storey lower ground floor extension to form open plan kitchen/dining room and internal alterations to layout; installation of two Velux rooflights; reconfiguration of parking area and retaining walls installation of air source heat unit and associated shed for plant removal of two trees and removal of LPG tank at Langcliffe Barn, Scabbate Gate, Kettlewell.
