CA/24/01585: 6 Dolphin Street, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 5LY Replacement windows from timber to upvc to front elevation. Applicant: Mr Kim Ellis Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/01487: 4A Downs Park, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 6BY Retrospective application for replacement first floor windows to all elevations from timber to UPVC following removal of chimney. Applicant: Papz’s Holdings Limited K Whaid Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/01561: Herne Bay Court, 163 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5TD Variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA/22/01763/FUL for the Part demolition, extension and conversion of building to create a 60-bed Care Home facility, construction of a block of 72 extra care apartments, 49 extra care bungalows in the grounds together with associated on-site support facilities, such as shop, restaurant, and hairdressers and car/cycle parking, drainage and landscaping; to allow reposition of window and internal layout to bungalows and rewording of description.
