What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin 

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal): 

TWC/2024/0559 – Excel House, Stafford Park 7, Stafford Park – Change of use from Storage and Distribution (Use Class B8) to a flexible use of General Industrial and Storage and Distribution (Use Classes B2 and B8) with ancillary offices and the proposed sub-division to create 2no. units 

TWC/2024/0682 – Land adjacent Homecroft, Cheshire Coppice Lane, Bratton– Outline application for the erection of 1no. self-build dwelling and access with all other matters reserved 

TWC/2024/0684 – Land corner of Redhill Way/A5, Redhill – Variation of condition 37 (drainage) of planning permission TWC/2019/0974 (Application for removal of conditions 36 (surface water treatment) and 37 (drainage) and variation of a conditions 15 (highways details), 18 (foul and surface water drainage), 19 (surface water drainage), 31 (transport strategy), 38 (SUDS management plan) and 40 (landscape buffer) of planning permission  TWC/2015/0728) to allow the re-wording of condition 37 in respect of the direction of flow routes and associated evidence 

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https:// secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 10 October 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.

 If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
