THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 

The following applications have been received by the Council:

P24/0883 – The Occupier for Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) to the approved application P23/0404 to provide a new corridor link on the first floor and amendment to the northern stair core at 204, Thorns Road, Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill, DY5 2JY 

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990

P24/1005 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent for the repair works to existing shop front bay window at 170 Lower High Street, Stourbridge, DY1 4AR , Stourbridge, DY8 1TG 

P24/1036 – The Occupier for Change of Use from residential dwelling (class C3) to special educational needs (SEN) facility (class F1) at 12, The Broadway, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 4AR 

These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building. Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications should write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice.
