1. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Demolition of dilapidated 3-bay garage block. Erection of three storey building containing 6no. flats with private gardens. Associated soft landscaping, bin, and bike store. 11 Endwell Road, Bexhill RR/2024/1126/P
2. Battle Conservation Area. The installation of gates and fencing to provide a security gate to control access to the rear area of Kenwards Yard. Kenwards Yard, High Street, Battle RR/2024/1186/P
3. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Replacement stable door and 2 existing windows to dining/kitchen. Demolition of modern partition and creation of utility/cloakroom with new floor construction. White Cottage, Friars Road, Winchelsea, Icklesham RR/2024/1199/P & RR/2024/1200/L
4. Replacement of existing fixed shut kitchen windows with slightly larger openable windows; repainting of various external elements; extension of existing hard standing with stone pavers to replace brick pavers. White Cottage, Netherfield Road, Netherfield, Battle RR/2024/1386/P & RR/2024/1387/L
5. Affects the setting of a listed building. Conversion of the existing residential garage to a residential annex, remaining ancillary to the host property of Homestead. Addition of three dormers to front elevation and minor alterations to the external appearance. 4 Hastings Road, Homestead, Battle RR/2024/1430/P
6. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Proposed internal works to a grade 2 listed property to allow for the creation of a new en suite bathroom for improved accessibility. 22 Marina Court Avenue, Bexhill RR/2024/1554/L
7. External works to a grade 2 listed building to include the replacement of replacement of defective slate roof in matching natural slate; repointing of the chimney; installation of one downpipe on the front elevation (retrospective). Lambs Orchard, Playden Lane, Iden RR/2024/1582/L
8. Installation of Solar Panels onto roofs of buildings within the complex. Ashburnham Place, Ashburnham RR/2024/605/P & RR/2024/606/L

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 8 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3,, 6, 7 & 8 above.
