Proposed development at: Moor Park Depot, Moor Park Avenue, Preston, PR1 6LN
I give notice that: McCarthy Stone Retirement Lifestyle Ltd is applying to Preston City Council for the following planning permission: 1no. three-storey residential development (Class C3) comprising 51no. retirement apartments, with landscaping, car parking and associated works,following demolition of existing buildings
The application reference number is: 06/2024/0889
Members of the public may inspect the application, the plans and any other documents submitted with it on the Council’s website at www.preston.gov.uk/planningsearch
If you wish to make comments, you should do so within the statutory period of twenty one days from the date of this notice.
