I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following applications are being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Visitors Centre St Marys Island St Marys Island Access Road – APPLICATION NO: 24/01062/LBC
North Tyneside Council is applying for Listed Building Consent for Replacement of existing defective/rotten windows within the visitor centre, lighthouse and bird hide.
The property is a listed building.
Solway House 5 Station Road Benton – APPLICATION NO: 24/01098/FUL
North East Child Care Ltd is applying for planning permission for Variation of Condition 13 of planning approval 14/00509/PRIGDO. To increase the number of children to be accommodated within the day nursery at any one time from 75 to 105.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Greengates Front Street Benton – APPLICATION NO: 24/01056/FULH
Mr Matthew Tickner is applying for planning permission for Installation of solar panels to rear roof slopes of garage and kitchen, conversion of office area above garage into habitable accommodation, installation of new access door and external staircase on eastern elevation, new external stairs leading down to new block paved area to rear, eastern boundary wall height increased to approximately 450mm for a length of approximately 9000mm.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
4A Bath Terrace Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 24/01110/FUL
Mr M Charlton is applying for planning permission for Removal and replacement of a derelict garage and rear store as part of the overall plan to enhance the listed building.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Mr Richard Gilbert is applying for planning permission for Construction of 15 no. flats with parking and landscaping.
The application is being advertised as it involves major development.
