What is planned?
Town and Country Planning 1990 (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) I give notice that an application has been made to Salford City Council by the following for planning permission for the developments indicated which may affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area and Affects the Setting of a Listed Building specified or Listed Building Consent:
AND Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015, which may also affect a Public Right Of Way I give notice that the following are applying to Salford City Council for planning permission for the development(s) indicated: -

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder planning application, it will be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
