f) Erection of 130 dwellings and garages with associated parking, access, drainage and landscaping following Hybrid application 18/03823/STPLF (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to be considered) at Land East of Carlton Rise Beverley HU17 8UR (Ref: 24/02518/STREM)

g) Listed Building Consent for demolition of existing external organ blower housing and outbuilding and alterations to existing boundary wall to create opening and lower brickwork height and install railings on wall, in connection with construction of a pedestrian footpath between the Church, Church Hall and Memorial Garden at St Marys Church North Bar Within Beverley HU17 8DL (Ref: 24/02251/PLB)

l) Demolition of part of the wall bordering the property to create space for vehicular access and erection of wall and gate (Resubmission of 24/01252/PLB) at 26 Baxtergate Hedon HU12 8JN (Ref: 24/02572/PLB)

m) Construction of a pedestrian footpath between the Church, Church Hall and Memorial Garden with associated works including landscaping and levelling, erection of a new brick wall, erection of hand rails and benches, installation of lighting to new footpath and wall and alterations to existing Eastern perimeter wall to lower brickwork height and install railings on wall, following demolition of existing external organ blower housing and outbuilding at St Marys Church North Bar Within Beverley HU17 8DL (Ref: 24/02250/PLF)

Proposals (a,d,e,g,h,j,k,l,m) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (e,g,h,l,m) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,g,h,I,m) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (f) affects a public right of way.

Proposals (c,f) are major developments.
