The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

24/P/01021 Selbourne Stables, east of, Unstead Lane, Bramley Change of use of land from agriculture to equestrian together with a change of use of the former barn (now lawfully commercial) to equestrian. 24/P/01188 St Johns The Evangelist Church, Stoke Road, Guildford Proposed replacement of a side door and new path. 

24/P/01242 The Brittania, 9 Millmead, Guildford Extension to existing front garden terrace. 

24/P/01254 The Paddock, Guildford Road, Effingham, Leatherhead Variation of Condition 2 (drawing numbers) , 6 (Site Levels), 12 ( Landscape Design Proposals), 15 (Reptile Precautionary Method of Working), 18 (Waste Minimisation Statement), 22 (Survey of the Site) ,23 (Construction Environment Management Plan) ,24 (Bat Method Statement) ,26 ( Surface Water Drainage) of planning permission 22/P/01584 approved 17/10/2023. 

24/P/01280 Chilworth Manor, Halfpenny Lane, Chilworth Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for the intermittent use of the roof of the building for events alongside the retrospective introduction of a guard rail around the roof of the building (as required by Building Regulations) and minor alterations to approved scheme including partial change to the roofing material of planning permission 21/P/02415 approved 07/07/2022 proposed construction of new detached building comprising of wine cellar and tasting room with associated landscaping and car parking. 

24/P/01289 Selbourne Stables, east of, Unstead Lane, Bramley, Erection of two single storey stable blocks, extension to existing barn, hard standing, silage clamp/muck heap and access track. 

24/P/01324 107 - 113 Portsmouth Road, Guildford Replacement of the entrance doors to each property.
