Internal & External alterations including new openings at lower ground level, access ramps and railings to create an external play area.
Application affects the curtilage and setting of a Grade II listed building and is in Staines Conservation Area.

Re-roofing maintenance and repair works and a new soakaway within the grassed area.
Application affects the curtilage and setting of a Grade II listed building.
24/01064/FUL & 24/01065/LBC - 25 - 27 Clarence Street, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4SY.
Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed Building including partial demolition of the rear wall and interior floors, erection of a rear extension at lower ground, ground floor and first floor and conversion of outbuilding to facilitate change of use to Class E commercial/office space.
Application affects the curtilage and setting of a Grade II listed building and is in Staines Conservation Area.
