Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 34/24/00005: Land to The North Of, Olivers Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 34/23/00007 (Proposed formation of a temporary material stockpile for reservoir embankment construction, erection of fencing & gates, siting of welfare unit, alterations to existing access with parking & turning area.) to amend the approved plans list in Schedule A to permit the amendment of the consented height of the stockpile. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 14/24/00006: Woodcote Barn, Little Leaze Lane, Catcott, Bridgwater, TA7 9HJ. Erection of a single storey extension to East elevation, on site of existing (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 45/24/00011: Land to the West of Aisholt Wood, South of, Parsons Lane, Aisholt, Bridgwater, TA5.

Conversion of a bam to form 1 no. dwelling, with associated works, parking & landscaping. This application may affect the setting of a listed building & the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 51/24/00013: Perry Green Farm, Perry Green Road, Wembdon, Bridgwater, TA5 2BA.

Erection of single storey extensions to NE & SW elevations, on site of existing (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 11/24/00050: 66 Clyce Road, Highbridge, TA9 3DL.

Retrospective application for the erection of a single storey rear, North extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
