NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) AND (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Atherstone Sewage Treatment Works, Carlyon Road Industrial Estate, Carlyon Road, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 1JJ.

I give notice that Severn Trent Water Limited has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Installation of 2 no. kiosks to house Motor Control Centre (MCC) equipment within Severn Trent Water Limited’s existing Sewage Treatment Works site in Atherstone.
