What is planned?

OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

I give notice that Mckenna Environmental Ltd, 17 Cranberry Road, Witney, OX28 1AE is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Continuation of the development permitted by MW.0124/18 (Revised restoration levels and construction of haul road and widening of existing field entrance for temporary use in restoration and use of imported inert waste in restoration of quarry with some mechanical screening of materials to create topsoil) without complying with conditions 1 and 13, to provide for a farm track within the site restoration scheme and consequential re-location of some of the proposed planting at Woodeaton Quarry, Woodeaton, Oxfordshire.

The County Council considers that this application does not accord with the policies in the development plan for the County.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially.
