The drawings may be viewed online at https://cne-siar.gov.uk or at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Balivanich, Benbecula, between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Requests for further information and written comments may be made within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice by email to planning@cne-siar.gov.uk or by post to the Planning Service at the address given above, quoting the application reference number:
24/00292/PPD – Caravan, 8B Rushgarry, Berneray, North Uist. Site residential caravan with access, parking and services, including private drainage. Erect polytunnel.
24/00320/PPD – Adelaide, 4 Clachan Sands, Lochmaddy, North Uist. Change of use of existing domestic seating area (40sqm) to rear of garage to provide customer seating area and Section 42 application to remove Condition 4 of planning permission Ref 23/00053/PPD (‘No customer seating to be provided on site’).
