NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

M0006.24, Grass Verge at Junction of Manor Avenue and Brentwood Road, Hornchurch, Proposed telecommunications installation: 17.5m replacement monopole supporting 6no. antennas, 2no. 300mm dishes, 2no. cabinets and ancillary works.

The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment.

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application affects the setting of a Listed Building

P0998.24, 53 Balgores Lane Romford, Single storey rear extension and replacement UPVC windows.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1112.24, 9 The Mall Hornchurch, Replacement windows on front and rear elevations from aluminium to UPVC.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1198.24, Mandelleu, Little Gaynes Lane Upminster, Variation of condition no. 3 of planning application P1390.22 to allow for alterations to the existing basement (Loft conversion involving replacement of roof, installation of 2No. Juliette balconies to rear, addition of roof lights and alterations to fenestration).

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
