24/39414/HOU - Newton Villa Pershall Lane Eccleshall - Proposed replacement of flat roof 2- storey extension, flat roof garage and rear UPVC conservatory with new extensions The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.
