24/39414/HOU - Newton Villa Pershall Lane Eccleshall - Proposed replacement of flat roof 2- storey extension, flat roof garage and rear UPVC conservatory with new extensions The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies. Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 9 October 2024. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 9 October 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
