24/00765/LBALT – Proposed Helifix structural repair work to the first floor internal wall – Grey House, 61 Church Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)

24/00790/ADV – Erection of illuminated and non-illuminated signage to the exterior of the building – 43 Market Place, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)

24/00793/FUL – Erection of garage, front, side and rear extension and installation of a septic tank – Red Cottage, Hoargate Lane, Hollington (C)

24/00800/FUL – Proposed agricultural building to house cattle – Old Hall Farm, Lower Street, Doveridge (C)

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
