The Squirrel Public House, Penn Street, Penn Retrospective application to form new paved patio area to rear garden, including new timber post and rope handrail and external accessible ramp to link patio area with existing beer garden.

Germains Cottage, Germains Lodge, 83 Fullers Hill, Chesham Installation of 10 photovoltaic (PV) panels on south west (6 panels) and north east (4 panels) facing roofs of garage block, on west side of property. Fagnall Farm Barns, Fagnall Lane, Winchmore Hill Construction of aluminium frame polytunnel.

PL/24/2549/FA CA & affects setting of LB

Former Douglas McMinn Centre, East Street, Chesham Alterations and extensions to existing roof to facilitate enlargement of two existing flats with associated ground floor alterations to facilitate improved access and removal of external side stairs.

PL/24/2621/HB LB

Shardeloes, Missenden Road, Amersham Part retrospective listed building consent for structural alterations to north elevation, principally above window arches.

PL/24/2550/FA Affects setting of CA

Fairmead, Packhorse Road, Chalfont St Peter Part retrospective application for two storey front/side/rear extension, roof alterations including raising of height, 2 rows of solar panels in the crown roof and south side and rear solar panels, loft conversion including 1 front and 2 rear dormers and 3 front, 3 rear and 4 side roof lights, rear balcony, front porch, changes to windows and doors and conversion of garage to living space.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
