What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Erection of a two storey extension to side and
detached garage with storage over to rear at
Dunford House Waplington Lane Allerthorpe
YO42 4RW (Ref: 24/02458/PLF)
b) Conversion of existing detached outbuilding with
single storey extensions to side and rear to form
annexe ancillary to main dwelling at 27 Main Street
Wilberfoss YO41 5NN (Ref: 24/02386/PLF)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
