The Authority has received the following applications: Listed Building Consent applications.
NP5/50/LB59E - Alterations and extensions to form garden room, 14 Glandyfi Terrace, Aberdyfi. LL35 0EB
NP5/53/LB231A - Repairing, painting and rendering at rear of house, Glasfryn, 2 Station Road, Bala. LL23 7NG.
NP5/57/LB437D - Retain internal works including installation of timber stud wall to enlarge toilet to include sink and shower, and installation of external vent to side elevation, Siop y Gornel, Smithfield Square, Dolgellau. LL40 1EU
NP5/73/LB208B - Retain external & internal works including replacement external doors and new thin double-glazed windows, replacement rear rooflights and internal works including re-plastering walls and ceilings, replacement of solid ground floor area and replacement of kitchen units, 1 Fron Fair, Maentwrog.
