Notice of Proposals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and Regulatory Services of the Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to her by the said Council proposes to make the Wigan Borough (Moorland Road Ashton in Makerfield Wigan) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Moorland Road Ashton in Makerfield Wigan during the period of 08:00 to 16:00 on 16/12/2024.
The alternative route for traffic is: Diane Road and Linkway Avenue.
The Order is necessary to facilitate plant delivery.
