Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane
A/24/97793/MAJOR Car Park B Royal Albert Edward Infirmary Wigan Lane Wigan. Creation of 46 additional car parking spaces. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Pier.
A/24/97715/CU Embrace Gymnastics, Unit 22 Swan Meadow Industrial Estate Swan Meadow Road Wigan. Change of use from vacant timber yard (Use Class B8) to gymnastics club (Use Class E (d)).
A/24/97710/MAJOR Open Land South Of 12 Car Street Platt Bridge. Erection of 11 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. The application forms and plans can be viewed on our website
