PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Change of use of the land to shooting club in connection with the existing shooting club, creation of additional noise attenuation bunds and the relocation and retention of existing noise attenuation bunds, associated stands, target firing equipment housing and storage containers together with ecological and landscape enhancements at Dartford Clay Shooting Club Joyce Green Farm Joyce Green Lane (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00333/FUL)which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

2) Demolition of existing barn and erection of a residential dwelling, with associated amenity space, parking and landscaping (part retrospective)

at Benlin Farm Cottage Trollingdown Hill Green Street Green Road (Application Reference: DA/24/00794/FUL)which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
