What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/0737/FH - THE OLD STABLES (THE OLD RIDING SCHOOL), COOLINGE LANE, FOLKESTONE - Erection of two, two-storey semi-detached dwellings, change of use and conversion of an existing building to form a single storey detached dwelling, conversion of an existing building to form stores associated with the proposed dwellings, formation of vehicular and pedestrian access, and associated car parking.

24/1379/FH - SIBTON PARK, LONGAGE HILL, LYMINGE, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8HB - Construction of reception building, conversion of reception to form a WC and storage cupboard, enlargement of existing 1 bedroom apartment and conversion of library and installation of ramp between lobby and function room

24/1381/FH - SIBTON PARK, LONGAGE HILL, LYMINGE, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8HB - Listed building consent for the construction of reception building, conversion of reception to form a WC and storage cupboard, enlargement of existing 1 bedroom apartment and conversion of library and installation of ramp between lobby and function room

24/1382/FH - 42 HIGH STREET, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8BZ - Advertisement Consent to replace existing signage with updated fascia signage.

24/1393/FH - 1 HILLSIDE, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3DB - Listed building consent to install a bathroom

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
