REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Mr John Robinson Against the enforcement notice(s) served by Wiltshire Council. The notice(s) allege(s): Without planning permission, the material change of use of the Land from a mixed use of agriculture, three dwelling houses and one holiday let to a mixed use of agriculture, three dwelling houses, one holiday let, the stationing of a caravan for residential occupation and events (including wedding events). The caravan is shown in the attached photograph entitled "Notice Photograph 1". Without planning permission, operational development integral to the use of the Land for events (including wedding events) comprising the erection of a building in the approximate location within the Land annotated with a blue circle on the attached plan entitled "Notice Plan" and shown in the attached photograph entitled "Notice Photograph 2". And relating to the application to Wiltshire Council for Use of land and buildings for events, retention of caravan as accommodation for event guests, formation of new access track for agricultural and events use, formation of new passing place, together with associated landscaping - part retrospective at Land at Euridge Manor Farm Euridge Colerne SN14 8BJ. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
