I give notice that the application referred to below has been submitted to Middlesbrough Development Corporation for consideration:
The Setting of a Listed Building will be affected by the Development
24/0064/FUL - Old Town Hall, East Street, Middlesbrough, TS2 1AY - Restoration of Middlesbrough Old Town Hall and Clock Tower involving alteration and extension to the Old Town Hall including the demolition of the single storey side extension to be replaced with a new single storey extension with mezzanine level for Class E(g) use.
Internal refurbishment to the Old Town Hall, restoration and repair of the Clock Tower and various other external works including hard and soft landscaping.
24/0065/LBC - Old Town Hall, East Street, Middlesbrough, TS2 1AY - Restoration of Middlesbrough Old Town Hall and Clock Tower involving alterations and extension to the Old Town Hall including demolition of the single storey side extension to be replaced with a new single storey extension with mezzanine level. Refurbishment of the Old Town Hall and works including structural underpinning and repair, render removal and new render applied, masonry repair and re-pointing, stonework cleaning, and repair and reinstatement of timber heritage windows to match the original. Restoration and repair of the Clock Tower including restored clock face. Various external works including hard and soft landscaping.
