The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/2233 & 24L/2286- Fulwood Park And Entrance Gate, Off Aigburth Road (17). Applicant Fulwood Park Proprietors Association. To install new gates to the entrance of Fulwood Park Off Aigburth Road, fixed in an open position and to install 35no Spherical Cast Iron Bollards and 1no Steel Telescopic Bollard on the pavement along Fulwood Park.
24F/2187 & 24L/2191- 7 Wavertree Road (7). Applicant G Sivanesan. To use ground floor premises of the former Weighing Room Public House as a convenience store (open between the hours of 07.00-23.00 Mon-Sun) with associated bin and cycle store.
24F/0345 - Country Store Post Office, 11b Aigburth Vale (17) Applicant Mr Wasif Naeem. To erect 2 storey building within yard containing retail unit at ground floor (opening between 0700 and 2300 hours) with 2 bed apartment above incorporating first floor screened balcony at rear, dormer extension to rear, removal of staircase serving 11b Aigburth Vale and installation of ramps to rear of 11b. **Amended plan received and Heritage Statement**.
24F/2080 - 2a Wavertree Road (7) Applicant Alex Papadopoulos. Application to use the premises as an 11 bed HMO.
24F/2255 - Hamilton House, Pall Mall (3) Applicant Mr. Chris Jarvis. To replace external cladding/wall systems and timber decking on all balconies and terraces
24H/2287 - 40 Wavertree Nook Road (15) Applicant Isabel Piercy. To replace no. 10 windows
24F/2301 -18 Cumberland Street (1) Applicant Michael Motlagh. To install no. 7 windows to front and no. 2 windows to side, no. 6 rooflights to side and extend and use front arch as glazed feature in connection with the use of the premises as a no. 10 bed serviced apartment hotel following removal of existing timber roof top.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 3rd October 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
