The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

24/P/01136 & 24/P/01137 St John The Baptist’s Church, The Street, Puttenham Planning and Listed Building Consent for repairs to wheelchair access stone path. 24/P/01205 & 24/P/01206 The Court, Wanborough Manor, Wanborough Hill, Wanborough Planning and Listed Building Consent for the creation of a parking space for two cars. 
24/P/01247 New Manor Farm, Old Epsom Road, East Clandon Erection of a two storey dwelling with new access, together with green house, garage/outbuilding, car parking and associated landscaping.
24/P/01260 St Thomas Court, 39 Epsom Road, Guildford Construction of side and rear boundary walls, fencing and gates.
24/P/01273 Elm Bank, School Lane, Pirbright Replacement of tile hanging with webertherm XP render to the front, side and rear of the property. 
24/P/01274 & 24/P/01275 Ockham Mill, Mill Lane, Ockham Planning and Listed Building Consent for the erection of replacement garden wall with the addition of new gate.
