Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for The creation of a flood attenuation basin, associated minor works with temporary construction access via Homeholly House car park on land to the north of Church End Lane, Runwell at Area of Open Space north of Church End Lane, Runwell. SS11 7DS - CC/CHL/52/24
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Chelmsford Local Plan adopted May 2020 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk . Consultation on this application is open until 11 October 2024.
