Proposed development at Land adjacent to Village Hall, East of Cambridge Road, Ugley, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM22 6HR.

Notice is given that Pelham Structures Ltd is applying to the Secretary of State for Planning Permission for Construction of 16 dwellings including 40% affordable housing and associated infrastructure at Land East of Ugley Village Hall. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20240058-land-adjacent-to-village-hall-east-of-cambridge-road-ugley-bishops-stortford-hertfordshire-cm22 at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department, London Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 4ER during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
