NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Land at Further Clough Head, Bamford Street, Nelson. 24/0592/VAR Variation of Condition: Vary Condition 2 (Plans) of Planning Permission 23/0301/FUL. The proposal is a Major Development. The proposal is within the Southfield Conservation Area. (b) Spout House Farm, Gisburn Road, Blacko. 24/0544/FUL Full: Demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of a single-storey outbuilding containing a basement level, office, and ancillary living accommodation; proposed extension to domestic curtilage and formation of parking area. A Public Right of Way is adjacent to the proposal. (c) Land to the North West of Parrock Road, Barrowford. 24/0605/VAR Variation of Condition: Vary Condition 14 (Landscaping Scheme) of Planning Permission 21/0758/FUL. The proposal is within the Carr Hall/Wheatley Lane Road Conservation Area.
HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION
(d) 28 Bents, Skipton Old Road, Colne. 24/0581/HHO Full: Altering width of existing door opening to the garage conversion, removing existing side window, black cladding to dormers and replacement of existing windows and fascia boards with black UPVC. The proposal is within the Lidgett and Bents Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 4 October 2024. Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 4 October 2024; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (www.pendle.gov.uk under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
