Formation of a roof terrace with decking and creation of windows to rear elevation (amended description).) DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/24/00574 Ground Floor, 86 Kenilworth Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed rear extension to replace existing rear extension
HS/FA/24/00590 48 Cornwallis Gardens, Hastings. Retrospective works to install a tubular handrail to either side of entrance area supported on tubular upright supports with stand off rail supports.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/24/00386 68 - 70 Sedlescombe Road South, St Leonards-on-sea. Change of use of ground floor from shop to residential, conversion and alterations to 2No existing Flats and to create 3No new Flats (5No Flats in total), including adding 1 additional storey.. Proposed Amendment: Amended plans, design and access statement and heritage statement submitted.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
