What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE WINNING AND WORKING OF MINERALS BY UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS
Proposed development at Pipeline between Barton Stacey and Humbly Grove, Hampshire
I give notice that Humbly Grove Energy Limited is applying to the Hampshire County Council for planning permission pursuant to Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for:
1. Variation of Condition 26 of Planning Permission Reference RFBZ/001/0031C (Time limits for restoration) to extend the time by which all plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads (excluding underground pipelines) shall be removed at the end of the life of the oilfield, or the 30 September 2055 whichever is sooner.
2. Variation of Condition 2 (siting, design, external appearance and access to above ground structures) of the same planning permission reference and Condition 21 (noise monitoring scheme) for which details have previously been submitted and approved.
3. Removal of Conditions 1 (Submission of method of working), 23 and 24 (Bat investigation) and 25 (Written archaeological scheme of investigation) of the same planning permission reference.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Hampshire County Council at Planning Department, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ by 2nd October 2024
