Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE WINNING AND WORKING OF MINERALS BY UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS

Proposed development at Humbly Grove Oilfield, Weston Common, The Avenue, Lasham,

nr Alton Hants GU34 5SY

I give notice that Humbly Grove Energy Limited is making three applications to the Hampshire County Council for planning permission for pursuant to Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the:

1. Variation of Conditions 1 and 17 of three planning permissions (with references 17/01917/CMA, 17/01340/HCC and 26326/014) respectively. (Time Limits) to allow the exportation of oil by tanker for a limited period, either until production ceases or until 30 September 2055 (whichever is the sooner) and to extend the time by which all plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads (excluding underground pipelines) shall be removed at the end of the life of the oilfield, or the 30 September 2055 (whichever is the sooner);

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

  • the application
  • the plans and
  • other documents submitted with it

at Hampshire County Council Offices, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ during all reasonable hours or online at www.humblyenergy.consultationonline. co.uk until 2nd October 2024 or online at www.planning.hants.gov.uk in due course. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Hampshire County Council at Planning Department, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ by 2nd October 2024
