Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Development which affects a listed building.

Lucks Cottage Main Road Howe Street Chelmsford CM3 1BG First floor rear extension with internal and external alterations. Ref No. 24/01138/LBC

White Horse Inn Heath Road Ramsden Heath Billericay Essex CM11 1NA Retention of a timber structure built for an outdoor digital screen. Ref No. 24/01164/FUL

Major development.

Jackletts Farm Slough Road Danbury Chelmsford Essex CM3 4LX Erection of new buildings for Class E(g) and Class B8 use; conversion of a former agricultural building for Class B8 use. Ref No. 24/01206/FUL

These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 4 October 2024.

Please note that comments submitted will be available for the public to read, and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further information.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

The Council gives warning, pursuant to its powers under Section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard or poster displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Chelmsford City Council.
