CHE/24/00560/FUL - Demolition of existing buildings & erection of a foodstore (Class E(a)) with associated vehicular access, car parking, servicing area, and hard and soft landscaping at Robinsons Caravans Ltd, Ringwood Road, Brimington, Chesterfield, S43 1DG, for Aldi Stores Ltd. Reasons for Advert Setting of a listed building, Appearance of Conservation Area, Major Application.
CHE/24/00542/LBC and CHE/24/00541/FUL Replacement of existing timber doors with new double glazed timber doors at Sutton Court Lodge , 2 Chesterfield Road, Brimington, S43 1AD. Reasons for Advert - Listed Building Consent, Conservation Areas.
