REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Elgin Energy EsCO Ltd relating to the application to Mid Suffolk District Council for the installation of a solar photovoltaic (‘PV’) array/solar farm with associated infrastructure at Land at Woodlands Farm, Stowmarket Road, Badley IP24 2AH.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
