REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Gladman Developments Ltd

Relating to the application to Amber Valley Borough Council for Outline planning for the erection of up to 185 dwellings including affordable housing, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system, (Suds) and vehicular access. All matters reserved except for access at Land West of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7AH

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal
