Notice is given that the Council has received the following application/s for planning permission and/or listed building consent which involve development in a conservation area and/or affecting a listed building:-

AT: Land north of Woodpecker House Sawley Old Brow Sawley BB7 4LF
FOR: Proposed construction of two single-storey short-term holiday lets.
Application number: 3/2024/0672
AT: Land south of Great Dudlands Gisburn Road Gisburn BB7 4LH
FOR: Regularisation of existing stables and agricultural storage building and concrete apron.
Application number: 3/2024/0672
The following application/s affect a Public Right of Way :-
AT: Higher Newfield Edge Burnley Road Gisburn BB7 4JN FOR: Demolition of existing three-storey dwelling Higher Newfield Edge, detached triple garage and all existing outbuildings. Construction of a part subterranean replacement dwelling with attached garage. The existing attached Pentangle Barn will become detached from the new dwelling. Creation of new access to Pentangle Barn and the new dwelling, with redesigned landscaping, parking and gardens
for both properties (pursuant to variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 3/2024/0160.) Application number: 3/2024/0673

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision.
