I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

Applicant: Mr David Walker
Proposal: Demolition of existing building (garage and adjoining building) and erection of 2 bedroom bungalow
Holwood House Westerham Road Keston BR2 6HB - (24/03296)*
Applicant: Mr Peter Waddell
Proposal: Single storey extension of the existing garage, which is a listed building, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. 'As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
