Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development of site at Cleddans Playing Field, West of Mossgiel Gardens and Alloway Grove, Kirkintilloch, comprising of a mix of family housing units with associated parking and landscaping. An online virtual exhibition will be available from 16 through to 27 September at:https://www.eastdunbarton.gov.uk/council/consultations
A public consultation event will be held at the Hillhead Community Centre 169 Meiklehill Rd,
Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 2JT between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday 25 September
Persons wishing to comment on the proposals should do so by Friday 27 September to Gregor McMillan Coltart Earley Architects, 559 Sauchiehall Street Charing Cross, Glasgow, G3 7PQ

This notice does not relate to a Planning Application. Comments should not be made to East Dunbartonshire Council. Please note that any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning authority. If a Planning Application is subsequently submitted to East Dunbartonshire Council, normal neighbour notification will be undertaken at that time by the Council,
and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
