Proposal:  Two storey front extension with covered canopy, part single and part two storey side extensions, single storey rear and side extensions and first floor rear balcony. Creation of an annex. Infill existing swimming pool and construct an infinity pool with hot tub area. Installation of air source heat pumps to side elevation, erection of front wall, gates and railings and associated external and internal works and landscaping
